Reservation conditions
1 Reservations for 1 to 6 people
1.1 For 1 to 6 people, you can reserve a table until 17:00 on the day itself (online, by email or by phone). After this time you can only make a reservation for the day by phone.
1.2 When making a reservation, you must provide the cell phone number where you can be reached.
1.3 If you have reserved one or more days in advance, we will ask you on the day to confirm the reservation before 2:00 pm. If we have not received a response from you by 14:00, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
1.4 In case you need to cancel your reservation, please do so before 2 p.m. on the day. Then we can usually still give your table to other guests.
2 Group reservations
2.1 For parties of 7 or more, you can request (via our website, by e-mail or by phone) a group reservation. We will let you know by e-mail as soon as possible if tables are available.
2.2 For a group reservation, a deposit of € 20 per person applies. The down payment for the number of people dining will be deducted from the bill.
2.3 If the reservation is possible, you must transfer the deposit amount to bank account NL46 INGB 0008 8527 70 (BIC: INGBNL2A) in the name of Restaurant Jun within 24 hours after sending our e-mail, indicating the reservation date and number of persons. During that time we will keep the tables available.
2.4 Upon receipt of the deposit (or proof of payment), we will confirm the reservation.
2.5 In case you have to cancel the reservation, we will refund the deposit amount if the following cancellation deadlines are met:
for 6 to 9 persons: at the latest 1 day in advance
for 10 or more persons: no later than 3 days in advance
2.6 In case guests are cancelled, we will deduct their part of the deposit from the bill depending on the time of notification. The same terms as in clause 2.5 apply here.
3 Booking a private dinner
3.1 A private dinner is possible Wednesday through Sunday for a group of up to 36 people.
3.2 You can submit a request for a private dinner through our website. If the desired day is available, we will send a menu proposal by e-mail with the cost (the reservation value).
3.3 The deposit for a private dinner is 50% of the reservation value.
3.4 If you have informed us that you agree with the proposal, you must transfer the deposit to our bank account NL46 INGB 0008 8527 70 (BIC: INGBNL2A) in the name of Restaurant Jun within 24 hours thereafter, indicating the reservation date.
3.5 Upon receipt of the deposit (or proof of deposit), we will send you confirmation of the reservation.
3.6 In case you have to cancel the reservation, depending on the cancellation time, we will refund a percentage of the deposit:
no later than 15 days in advance: 100%
8 to 14 days in advance: 50%
0 to 7 days in advance: 0%
3.7 In case guests are cancelled, we will deduct from the bill a percentage of their part of the deposit, depending on the time of notification. The terms and percentages are the same as in the case of a cancellation (see Article 3.6).
