Starting June 4, summer menu with 12 surprising new items

Starting Wednesday, June 4, Chef Edy will serve the summer menu with 12 surprising new items, including
● salad udang Bali - a delicious fresh salad with marinated shrimp and sambal mentah with kecombrang (ginger flower)
● ayam betutu Ubud - chicken in a Balinese yellow sauce with laos, ginger, kentjoer, nutmeg, cloves and salami seeds
● ikan sambal goreng peteh - sea bass fillet in red a sauce with citrus leaves, laos, ketjap manis, peteh beans and basil
● Gulai telor Padang - fried egg in yellow curry with citrus leaves, laos, cumin, cloves and nutmeg.
Some beloved classics are fixed on the menu,such as satay ayam (chicken satay), satay kambing (lamb satay) and rendang).
Come in and enjoy a delicious Indonesian menu.
