Starting Wednesday, December 3, Chef Edy will be serving his winter menu, featuring 14 surprising new items, including

● pangsit goreng · two fried wontons with minced chicken and shrimp, served with sweet and sour peanut sauce

● pangsit goreng jamur · two fried wontons with seasoned tofu and mushrooms, served with sweet and sour peanut sauce

● ayam bagar Padang · chicken in a red curry from Padang with star anise, cardamom, salam leaves, and turmeric leaves

● ikan woku-woku · sea bass fillet in an orange sauce from Manado with basil, ginger, and pandan leaf

● kue perahu · coconut pudding in a banana leaf boat with Javanese sugar, vanilla, and pandan leaf

● serundeng · roasted coconut with peanuts, Javanese sugar, galangal, coriander, candlenut, and lime leaves
