New summer menu starting July 12

From 12 July we serve our summer menu with no less than 12 new items, such a

● ayam woku-woku - chicken in an orange sauce from Menado with basil

● gulai udang Medan - prawns in a yellow sauce from Medan with the unique flavor of ketjombrang (ginger flower)

● ikan sambal goreng petai - sea bass fillet in a red sauce from East Java with peteh beans

● siomay Bandung - beef shrimp dumplings, served with peanut-sweet potato sauce.
