Starting November 6: new menu with fourteen delicious new dishes.
Chef Edy has put together another great new menu for the next three months with no less than fourteen new dishes, including
Batagor à la Jun - prawn and two chicken meatballs fried in a pastry skin with a sweet and sour chili ginger sauce
Batagor vegetarian- mushroom fried in dough skin and two spiced tofu balls with a sweet and sour chili ginger sauce
Gulai ayam Madura - chicken in a yellow curry from Madura with nutmeg, cardamom and cinnamon
Ikan bumbu pèsan Bali - sea bass fillet in a yellow sauce from Bali with sereh, salam and lime leaves
Puding Jawa - soft, fluffy pudding with coconut milk and Javanese sugar, served with pieces of jackfruit
