New menu starting March 12

Starting March 12: spring menu with fourteen delicious new dishes.

Chef Edy has again put together a beautiful new menu for the spring months with no less than fourteen new dishes, including

● Lumpia goreng udang - fried spring roll with vegetables and shrimp, served with a fresh sambal mentah

● Lumpia goreng sayur - fried spring roll with vegetables, served with a fresh sambal mentah

● Ayam bagar Palembang - chicken in a red sauce with nutmeg, fenugreek and salami seeds

● Udang sauce Padang - prawns in a red sauce with ginger,tomato, laos, spring onion and oyster sauce

● Kare ikan Lovina - sea bass fillet in a Balinese yellow curry with curry leaves, trassi, lime leaves and basil

● Panna cotta à la Jun - fresh panna cotta of coconut milk with sereh and lime, served with an orange coulis.

We will serve this menu starting Wednesday, March 12.
