Spring menu with eleven new dishes
Starting April 3, we will serve our spring menu with eleven new dishes.
During our vacation in Indonesia in February, Chef Edy got a lot of great ideas for the new menu.
In Bali, the family of Sander, one of our employees, prepared some delicious dishes for us, three of which will be on the menu: salad lawar putih (salad with spiced chicken), daging base genap (a Balinese beef dish) and ayam merah Bali (chicken in a red sauce with the unique flavor of kecombrang (ginger flower).
On the island of Moyo, belonging to Sumbawa, we ate a delicious gulai udang (shrimp in an orange curry) in a small restaurant, another perfect dish for our menu.
With eight more new dishes, the new menu is complete!
