From September 3: come and enjoy the fall menu

Starting Wednesday, Sept. 3, Chef Edy will serve his menu for fall, featuring 13 surprising new items, including

● martabak kropok - dough patty with minced beef, turmeric, cumin and celery, served with a sweet and sour ginger-chili sauce

● martabak tempeh - dough patty with tempeh, turmeric, cumin and celery, served with a sweet and sour ginger-chili sauce

● gulai ayam Lombok - chicken in a yellow curry with cloves, cinnamon and star anise

● daging asam Aceh - tenderloin in red curry from Aceh with cardamom, anise and cumin

● kolak - popular Indonesian dessert of banana, sweet potato, kolang kaling (palm seeds) with coconut milk, palm sugar syrup and pandan leaf. Super tasty!!!
